The plantation at Gbanti village in Sierra Leone is strictly reserved for teak timber trees and pineapples planted between the lines of trees. All pineapples will be sold within 4 years and is enough to pay your initial investment back! This method of planting trees is called alley-cropping and has proven successful because it already allows you to get your initial investment from the pineapples that grow well between the lines of young trees.

This is a low risk investment since the pineapples are sold on the local market with little added costs. The money is used to pay your initial investment back but also to maintain the tree plantation. After the trees are mature they will be sold and you will receive your second revenue payment.

You can buy these trees and pineapples and receive pay-back of your initial investment within 4 years of purchase.... more
